Coaching Announcement: Stu Wright Named Head Coach

The Glanbrook Rangers are proud to announce that Stu Wright has been promoted to Head Coach for the upcoming 2025-26 season.

Wright has been an integral part of the Rangers organization for the past six years, consistently bringing dedication and leadership to the bench. With more than 30 years of experience in the game and a High Performance 1 coaching certification, he brings a deep knowledge of the sport along with a proven passion for developing players.

A native of Stoney Creek and a former junior-level player himself, Wright understands firsthand what it takes to succeed at this level. His background, combined with his commitment to player growth, makes him an excellent fit to lead the Rangers into the new season.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to create a positive hockey culture and focus on the development of these young athletes,” said Wright.

The Rangers are confident in Wright’s ability to guide the team and continue building a strong program both on and off the ice.
